Oasis for Youth partners with area property managers to help create a network of support for youth on their housing journey. Some of the benefits for property managers include:
Financial Stability
Our Housing Program works with several area housing authorities who provide rent vouchers to youth in our program. This means that your rental payments are paid consistently and backed by a Housing Authority.
Support the Community
You can help create a safe environment for young people to gain stability in your community. Oasis for Youth’s Housing Program serves young people aged 18-24 who have been involved in the Foster Care System and currently face housing instability.
Free Property Inspections
In this program the Housing Authorities we partner with provide apartment inspections at no cost to you.
Robust Network of Support
Participants in Oasis for Youth’s Housing Program receive holistic case management for three years, providing support with financial management, independent living skills, and much more. This support network helps ensure a positive relationship between you and your tennants in this program.
