EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
Our area has an extremely low unemployment rate and the improved economy has increased the need for entry-level workers. Oasis is currently assisting young people with finding and maintaining employment. Plans to expand these services include:
Developing a job readiness curriculum that is culturally relevant to the youth we serve.
Identifying key community partners for training, career exploration, and job placement.
Integrating supportive services and ongoing mentorship to increase job retention.

Oasis for Youth MOA® location
Oasis and Mall of America® have begun a partnership to provide additional supports to youth on location at MOA! Oasis has a case manager on-site at MOA to help manage and open up opportunities for youth MOA Team Members.
