Oasis case managers can help you create a plan for stabilizing your housing, education, and employment situation.  Working with them one-on-one over a few weeks or months, together you will identify what you need to do to move forward and what kind of help you need along the way. For instance, you may work on skills to help you get and keep a job or an apartment, finish high school or get your GED, or learn parenting skills and get daycare for your child.

You just need to take the first step by talking with an Oasis for Youth Case Manager. They are here for you. Call (952)-512-2061 or email info@oasisforyouth.org.

If you need help after 5 pm or over the weekend, check out the YSNMN.org site for a list of outreach workers or call the StreetWorks line at 612-354-3345.
